Yes. Equipment should be returned with a full tank. If it isn’t, we will refill it and charge you based on the current local market price per gallon. For example, if a Kubota KX057 requires 6 gallons at $3.49 per gallon, the refueling charge would be $20.94.

We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental options.

If equipment stops working from normal use, we’ll come out to repair it right away. If we can’t fix it on-site, we’ll adjust (prorate) your rental so you’re only charged for the time the machine was operational. Please note: if the issue is due to misuse, repair costs will apply.

We understand accidents happen! If equipment is damaged while in your care, let us know right away so we can help. Normal wear and tear is on us. If the damage is due to misuse, repair costs will apply. For peace of mind, you can add our $250 protection plan, which limits what you’d owe in the event of accidental damage.

We don’t offer customer pickup, but we provide free delivery and retrieval within 15 miles of our Lebanon, MO location. Deliveries outside this radius are available for an additional fee.
